The Nous Group used Mindhive as part of a public consultation with the Department of Social Services around the regulatory impact of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Nous was engaged by the department to provide insight on the regulatory impact of the NDIS.

All participants and contributors accessed expert opinion through traditional avenues as well as via responses to an issue paper co-created on the MindHive platform.

Nous used Mindhive as part of their own consultancy methodology.

The incorporation of Mindhive helped to shrink the resources needed to conduct a successful consultation and the inherent efficiencies of crowdsourcing and online collaboration worked to make the process more productive overall.
